Dilemma
On the 29th my family is going snow skiing in Colorado. Mom keeps telling me that I should start working out in order to build up my leg strength. She claims that if I don’t work out the legs in advance, by the second day of skiing my legs will be so sore that I will have to stay in the condo and miss out. Now I am scared…really scared. I am too lazy to motivate myself to work out but I am scared that if I don’t I will miss out on all the fun of skiing. What should I do? What would you do?
